    I have tried absolutely everything to lose weight and keep it off... of course, nothing has worked for the long haul. I was so frustrated and discouraged, I figured I had nothing to lose (ha ha!) by trying something entirely different... something that might get at the source of my battle with my weight... These self-hypnosis tapes have helped me accomplish something I had just about given up on - making good choices in my eating and changing my relationship with food.... Now I’m getting control over the way I eat, the way I deal with my feelings, and I’m starting to feel better about myself and my life - as I’m continuing to lose weight, slowly but surely.

Concerning Guided Imagery, I find this process to be very helpful. Just after one “session” I can see behavior changes in my food selection. Guided Imagery is helping me to change 30-year-old habits when nothing else could help. Catherine’s soothing voice makes it very easy to relax and gain the maximum benefit that guided imagery offers.

I have been struggling with being overweight for the past 20 years and have tried every diet known to man. I have been successful with many of them, losing many pounds only to get bored with the diet and start eating all the wrong foods and in greater quantity. This caused the weight yo-yo effect. I would end up gaining back more weight than I lost. I kept getting heavier and heavier, until morbid obesity was a definite part of my life. I had even contemplated stomach stapling to finally get control of my eating habits.

I had my first experience with your Visual Imaging for Weight Loss in January 2003. I was so hopeful that it would work, as nothing else had. I am so pleased with the results. Now whenever I am tempted to eat something I should'nt eat, a little voice goes off and says, "No, that will not help you reach your goal." I am successful in my efforts to control my eating habits and I feel certain it is because of the visual imaging. It is so easy to picture myself thin and then to turn my back on sweets and other things that I should not eat. I have lost 20 pounds in two months, and I feel certain it is due to the imaging that I participated in with you.
