    I know I need to exercise consistently, but I just haven’t been able to stick with anything - I start, then a few weeks (or days) later, I stop. Somehow, this guided imagery and visualization CD has given me the motivation to not only start again, but to keep going with my exercise. I’m even starting to look forward to my chance to be active during the day, and actually miss it when I can’t get my exercise in!

I have been wanting to get healthy and more physically fit for a long time, forever it seems, but never could get myself going... finally, here’s some motivation and encouragement that really seemed to inspire me to action... One of the nice things is, it doesn’t depend on anyone else - going with me, prompting me (nagging me)...
